tPOS target Hispanics in the Gardere area because of the large quantities of cash they have on them.
A Hispanic man in the N. Donmoor area at 2:00 am would stick out like a sore thumb and this homicide was more than likely a drug or prostitute related set-up/robbery turned deadly. Nothing ever good happens after midnight on Titian Ave, Harry Dr, Monet Ave ect ect at 2 am.
And to think the Texas Club is in this shite hole area.
