The new staff is not going to have a big rebuild on their hands unless roster turnover as a result of the change turns out to be a pretty big net negative. Just with the returning players and recruiting class, minus the obvious draft losses, the team will be improved next year.

A nice rebuild would be at least the 7, 8, and 9 hitters in the lineup not being automatic outs for the most part. That's at least 9 outs a game that we are essentially giving the other team on a rather routine basis

I am thinking there will be some losses besides draft losses. The new regime will likely "encourage" other players to seek other opportunities
