Did it years back, closings at the same time, have the movers load your truck before you goto the closing, then go directly from the closing to the new place. It sucks that day but then it’s over

Maybe, you should plan on staying in a hotel the 1st night. then you can allow yourself more time to set things up over the next day or so. But boxing up all the little stuff first is obviously a good idea. good luck.
