Nope. I live across the river on Rando estates.
I'm currently dealing with neighbors who have decided the aesthetics of their yards are more important than the natural drainage.
Their indifference to their neighbors has lead to my having 80 acres of front pasture underwater.
So consider me unwilling to accept poor planning as a reason to be neighborly.
Much like Mitchel, I know my elevation and where my priorities lie.

It isn't "poor Planning" to reasonably expect a flooded bayou/river drain into its natural floodplain
What Ourso is doing is artificially affecting the entire region's floodplain. We have already seen the detrimental long term effects of such policies throughout the state. Ourso should not be allowed to get away with this
