But there's no way a damn dam should be allowed on Manchac Road. I know Louisiana sure seems to dislike any kind of development restriction, but that's bad even by their standards. Those houses along Manchac in Spanish Lake need to be on piers, similar to the ones along the diversion canal or along the river in Madisonville.

He's being downvoted because he's intentionally directed the focus to a few homes rather than all the others affected.
