This movie is like Sucker Punch, you thought it was a Zombie movie but it was really a story about the murder of a caring dad by his entitled daughter. The daughter knew that they were going into a dangerous zombie infested zone and knew that it would put her father and everyone on the team in danger if she went. Insist anyway using emotional blackmail.

Even when he tried to have a heart to heart with her she rebuffed his attempted, finally at the end, with a nuke coming down where her dad and friend could have made a clean get away, she ran away forcing them to stop their escape to get her.

At the end, she got what she wanted most, to put a bullet between his eyes and walk away in satisfaction. Note she didn't give a shite about the woman she was supposedly helping. It was just a ruse for her to murder her dad.
