The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors (MCBOS) is at it again. Silently they have decided not to provide routers to the audit team attempting to audit the county’s 2.1 million votes and machines used in the 2020 Election.
We’ve seen this time and again since the November 2020 election where the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors (MCBOS) decided not to comply with reasonable requests related to the 2020 election and now again.

Maricopa County officials have not fully complied with the State Senate’s election audit subpoenas, a decision made to avoid causing a “significant security risk” to data utilized by numerous law enforcement agencies, the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office said Monday.
“We had previously believed that the risk would be eliminated by redacting the law enforcement data on the routers and not producing it. But we were informed that redaction did not eliminate the risk,” Deputy County Attorney Joseph LaRue wrote in a letter to Senate Audit Liaison Ken Bennett. “We also learned that if criminal elements or others gained access to this data, it might compromise county and federal law enforcement efforts and put the lives of law enforcement personnel at risk.

AZ should send in NG to forcefully take them

They need to be cited for contempt of court and obstructing the Senate's investigation and jailed.

We still need a stickied AZ audit thread IMO

Sloppy writing by Gateway.

Looks like the vote count is matching up with the past recounts. So now they are grasping for straws again. Trump lost, move on.

If I were the judge there I would be so tired of this shite I would just plop my robed arse down at the convention center with a pen and some pre-written court orders to fill out for this sort of thing. Hell, I might even help deliver them in person just to say "if I have to show up again, everyone in this office is being arrested for Obstruction and I'll allow everything down to the damned ink pens to be confiscated".

Then send out DPS Officers to seize them. Those routers belong to the citizens, and as such are subject to the oversight and audit function of state regulators. If the BoS resist? Cuff'um and Stuff'um.

Why is law enforcement data on election routers in the first place?

I was skeptical if there was widespread voter fraud.
I'm not now.

Smells like organic fertilizer.

Do you think the people of Arizona wanted so much of their private information in the hands of Cyber Ninjas from Florida?
Meemaw and Pawpaw's outrage over a stolen election pales in comparison to having their Social Security numbers stolen.
I would hope my government did its due diligence in protecting my personal information.

this is what happens when one group of people wantonly disobeys the law with no repercussions. make an example of these filth time and time again, and it cuts down with a quickness.

How much data is stored on a router? I'm not a super tech guy so maybe I don't understand what routers actually do.
