The most surprising part of the story is that my dad, the quintessential Gump, did not strangle the young man. His life was saved by I20 traffic.

We were at the same game. Only one of three Bama games I went to. I'm a good luck charm.

But to the OP, I told my dad one time in elementary school if he hit me I would call the child abuse people.

Well he did, beat me like a rented mule. Then after he unleashed his fury, calmly said "ok, here's the phone, now call them".

Lol, I've told friends of my kids that they couldn't come to any more Ohio State games if they happened to be there for a rare home loss.
