Its about building a winning athletic program Vermillion. We want all LSU athletics to excel. It only helps the University

Women’s basketball has no positive impact on the athletic department

It’s a drain. The only thing you can do to not allow it to hurt worse is to not overpay for a coach

What positive impact has South Carolina’s WBB program had on their athletic department? UCONN?

UConn sees a lot of national publicity for their program. That's a net positive in terms of enrollment/endowment. I'm not saying LSU WBB can have that impact when we have other sports to hold that mantle, but it's not a good argument for you.

We complain about LSU doing things just for the money. Here is a chance to do something for the pride of many of our alma mater. I doubt we made money during the WBB's Final Four run but it made meproud to be a Tiger. I have no problem pouring money into gymnastics and WBB

Let me ask you this. If they hire someone for $2m or $100k is a dollar from your bank account going to change? Are you going to get a rebate with a cheap hire or have to pay more for whatever with an expensive hire?

Who gives a shite?
