The biggest difference between Baylor and every other team I saw in college basketball this season was
1. They are stupid athletic
2. They have a plethora of big men that are dominate in the paint & on the boards
3. The way they play defense is on another level than anyone else I've seen in many years.
4. So many guys that could stroke jump shots consistently from distance
It was really fun and enjoyable to watch how active their hands are and how every pass and shot is tightly contested. They force a ton of turnovers which turns into a lot of points in transition.

While good, this wasn't one of their best defensive teams under Drew. In fact, last year's defense was much better. Where this team shined was behind the 3 point line. They were a ridiculously good 3 point shooting team who could just barrage you from deep with enough defense to run away and hide after the 3's piled up. The offense is where this team was elite. They could explode for 7, 9, 12 points in the blink of an eye.
