I don't think that 2019 can be repeated.

If 2021 is like 2020, well . . .

(I am optimistic it won't happen, though.)

Bigger question is, we’ll run out of money at some point, we probably already have

And when the oil and gas money runs out from the boosters, do we become 90s LSU?

You’ll probably lose your mind. Post more shitty threads. Speculate about hires we won’t make. Talk shite about Woodward. Suck up the 4th choice of coaches. Bitch about that. Talk great about recruiting. Then start the same thread next off season. One who’s frequents this site would call that clock work.

I get the feeling like pelini was Woodward's idea.

Dont know at all. But I get that feeling like O is taking the heat for scotty fricking it up. He sounded agitated that he didn't get to interview Bo, he didn't say that he's the one that fricked it up, just that he's upset he didn't do the interview.

COVID 19 took away the ever important opportunity to gel as a team unit. It took away spring football school, spring practice, a spring game. It took away summer workouts and installations. It took away a warm up schedule. It took away any opportunity for this team to creat an identity..

Every other team was pressed with the same problems

ok look at LSU history with coaches not performing and see how long it takes to get rid of them also they won a NC not long ago, you’re delusional. I will say this, if he tried to hide any of the sexual assault allegations... he’s gone

Every other team did NOT loose 40 members of their program. Including their OC and DC.

Unfortunately a NC gets you at least a 3 season pass

What do you expect out of a coach? it's hard to win a NC so if we replaced O and went 10-2 with no playoff appearances or sec titles for 3 yrs you would fire him?

At which point does the fact that LSU lost 41% of the roster from the 2019 Championship team and lost our starting QB in Game 3 register with people like you? LSU was playing true Freshmen all over the field including QB.

LSU beat Florida and Ole Miss with a 53 man roster full of players who were inexperienced going into 2020. The fact that Covid cancelled Spring and Limited Fall Practice complicated the issue.

This is a much more experienced team which is extremely talented. LSU will be very much improved and much deeper than last year.

They gave Orgeron, who no one in America wanted, a million year extension at $7 million.

They gave him the extension and raise after he WON A NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP. I got this argument when he was hired but I guarantee you after 2019 there are plenty of schools in America that will take Coach O now.

BULL!
Alabama was a Sr. Jr. team. So was Florida and A&M.
LSU was hit with a new team, no spring practice, and SJW, with an outsider as DC.
Not at all the same.
