When will whites start using the Civil Rights Act of 1964 to sue the government

Civil Rights Act of 1964
No person in the United States shall, on the ground of race, color, or national origin, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance.
With the Feds giving money selectively to black farmers and some states hading out monthly payments only to blacks, when will the lawsuits start?
It’s clearly illegal.

When they start arresting Democrats for their crimes.

While I manage my expectations, I refuse to give up hope. The Civil Rights Act of 1964 would be a logical avenue.

The wording is explicitly plain. No person shall be discriminated on the bases of skin color

The conversation is playing out in my head and goes something like this:
White person: “hey wait, according to the CRA of 1964, it says no one should be discriminated against based on skin color...”
Democrat of any color: “that’s right.”
White person: “so how come you’re giving POC precedence over white people?”
Dem: “because you’re white and we want revenge.”
And no one will say anything.

I think we see a case this year. Not sure if media will cover it but it should happen. For example, The Covid Vaccine prioritization is a clear violation of the Civil rights act.

Yeah, how's that working out for White people? If you haven't caught on to the scam of the civil rights era by now, I'd start looking at who these "heroes" really were and what they really wanted.
The Civil Rights Act will never be applied in defense of Whites. Ever.

How many have sued the Feds using the Act?

First they deny, then they justify.
>What even is White? It's not even a real thing. There is no such thing as race, it's a social construct
>yes, we are replacing you, destroying your institutions and using the system against you, but you deserve it because of xxxx (fake and gay reason)
Look, this is a war on us. Period. There is nothing more that needs to be explained. They will say and do anything to eliminate us.
It's time to recognize reality.

What about the Vermont vaccine decree? Everyone is eligible 16 & older expect white people. Is that just an “interesting test case” or a slam dunk, IYO?

Be my guest. I'm all for it, I didn't mean to imply I'm not. Don't expect to win the case though. That battle should be fought as a coordinated war cry to Whites with no real concern over winning any legal precedent.

Will not get far. The people in charge of enforcing the law...are in support of the ones who are racist.
Critical race theory is in every government agency.

If whites are going to use something from 1964 to protect us, watch Mississippi Burning.

They pack the Court and it won’t make a darn what the statute says.
I was, however, being facetious for the most part.

I think the intent is that it would allow for Black farmers that never received a settlement from some USDA claims long ago regarding loans or something....would get paid.
The problem is they didnt really require any kind of burden of proof that you were one of those farmers harmed by the USDA loan program some decades ago.
