Vehicular homicide carried fifteen ten years ago. 47% of fifteen would be my guess. He can knock eight months off of that with good time classes. He is going to have a terrible time in there. Too feminine.

Not even, in Louisiana you only serve 1/3 of your time for non-violent felonies. He’ll do good time classes and be put on work release. They’ll put him in protective custody the second he hits jail and be fine. It’ll be a shitty 2 years, but at least you’ll be able to save all your money from work release, and leave with about 10k in your account once released. He’ll have to learn a trade or start his own business, and forever be haunted by that night. Also, he will always have to watch his back, because the victim’s family will probably want revenge.
