Very speculative play, but other competitors (ChargePoint (CHPT) with even lower revenue estimates are trading at ~5-10X the market cap of this one. Look up the Stocktwits board for it and see the good DD that the user Spactori has done on it.

I think the commons at ~$10.40/share are a better value than the warrants at ~$1.90/share right now, but am loading up on warrants below $1.60. Commons were trading at ~$23 a few months ago, so getting in pretty close to the 52 week low at these levels.

Below is a link to the investor presentation.

Eh, you have to wade through a lot of BS on that site. It is free though, they have premium versions that might cut down on the spam. There are probably 1,000 useless users for every 1 useful user, so the main value is following the right users to try to find diamonds in the rough.

I like it for a small speculative position. Just bought a 100 shares. Can’t buy all at once with these type plays.

I follow Spactori for SPAC picks and Cheshire_Cat for crypto analysis.

Probably a little of both. Ride it until it catches up to its peers as far as a comparable market cap and then go from there.

Just remember to sell the rumors on SPACs. They seem to follow a trend where it jumps on a potential deal and then tanks when the deal is finalized.

This actually is post-SPAC now (it was NBAC as a SPAC)... I think we saw the post SPAC tank to $10 and now it's starting to climb back.

I was in NPA, and will get back into that one at some point, but it has a sky high multiple right now and will probably buy back in cheaper after the probable short attack post merger.

Nice find. A lot of room to run with how small the float is.

Currently at ~$13.90. Up >30% in less than a week, not bad!

No kidding. I loaded up on some more warrants this morning when they crashed ~50% down to $0.90, now they are back up to $1.32.

It's getting lost in the SPAC carnage. Trading at 7x 2021 revenues and 3x 2022 revenues. Hopefully a PR with big partnership news comes out soon and blows the shorts out of the water, otherwise this low volume bleed may continue....

I feel like a squirrel burying nuts for the winter here... A better day will come but may go down another 10-20% before market reverts.

Yeah I think I'll wait till the end of the week before deciding whether to buy back in.
