Season 4 had its moments, but season 5 was just bad. I walked away when they had their mid season break and I never went to finish it.

Seasons 1-3 are incredible. I wish they hadn’t been cancelled so they could keep the quality up to that standard, but at least we got what we did.

What was so bad about S5? Was it not similar to S4?

That's just racist. There's not even a joke there, just crapping on a whole peoples.

Honestly, most of it didn’t stick with me. Im guessing my mind is sparing me the agony of recalling it.

Also, notice that nobody really cited anything from season 5 in this thread so far.

At least when I watch 4 and 5 I won't be expecting much so I might be pleasantly surprised.

Homosexuals. Everything they do is so dramatic and flamboyant. It just makes me want to set myself on fire!

my Fav line is her responding to the waitress: I don't understand your question, and I won't respond to it.

The Netflix portion gets better halfway through the first season. The final season is wild.

She is rough on the service industry.

Just couldn't get into that show.

Absolutely no character has a single redeeming quality. They are are terrible people.

Michael: “My mom is very stressed out and she needs something that I can’t give her. Maybe a little afternoon delight.”

Narrator: Oscar thought that Michael was referring to a particular brand of cannabis named Afternoon Deelite, a strain famous for slowing behavior.

Oscar: “Well, sure, the question is: Which way do I try to get it in her?”

Michael: “I don’t need any details.”

Oscar: “Maybe I’ll put it in her brownie.”

Michael: “Hey!”

Lucille : [the family is waiting for news on Buster from a very literal doctor] How's my son?

The Literal Doctor : He's going to be all right.

Lindsay Funke : Finally some good news from this guy.

George Michael Bluth : There's no other way to take that.

The Literal Doctor : That's a great attitude. I got to tell you, if I was getting this news, I don't know that I'd take it this well.

Lucille : But you said he was all right.

The Literal Doctor : Yes, he's lost his left hand. So he's going to be "all right."

Lucille : [Jumping on the doctor] You son of a bitch. I hate this doctor.

Lindsay Funke : How do we keep getting this guy?

Michael : Mom, he's a very literal man.

The Literal Doctor : Yes, that's more the way I would take the news

I will put S1-3 up against anything ever put on tv.

almost started an AD rewatch recently, to lead myself into S5, which I never watched. But I ended up choosing a Workaholics rewatch instead (which I am loving). May jump into AD once I'm done.

Three years later and I still haven’t done that AD rewatch.
