I haven't lived with my parents since I was 24/25. My apartment is $1,037/mo. but that includes the base rent, flat water fee, and I rent the washer/dryer - 
. The washer/dryer bit is dumb I know... my electric bill is anywhere from $80-120/mo. depending on the month.
