I am not a fan of Wade's offense. It is an NBA offense where you rely on a screen to help a guy win his 1-on-1 matchup. There is very little team concept. Passing to create open looks is virtually non-existent.
Thomas is a great scorer but he took ill-advised shots too often.

I was wondering; is this the same offense and defense he used before he got to LSU? I mean, since he’s been here, he’s had more talent with equal to worse results.
Does it have to do with his choice of assistants?

It's a lazy offense that requires little to no coaching. A bunch of standing around and spectating.
