Both teams only go for the home run. Can’t make the smart small plays that enable a team to win. Good recruiting but average strategy and game time coaching. No adjustments in game. Always good but seldom great against a quality opponent.

LSU basketball is on the rise, while baseball is on the decline. There’s not much of a comparison, at all.

There’s only been two CWS champions since LSU played for one. How does that mean baseball is on the decline? A down year after losing several players to the draft and graduation does not mean that the program is in decline. It happens, and may very well happen to the basketball program next year if Watford, Smart, and Thomas all leave. LSU is relying on a bunch of freshman in baseball. If anything, that indicates the future is bright for them.

We seriously have some dumb "fans."
The basketball team got to the second round and played a hard fought game. The players deserve some praise.
Maybe support both teams instead of acting like you know more than the coaches. I'm not saying there aren't things to work on but support both teams.
Not quite sure why you'd make a thread trying to diminish both programs. That's just weird.
