Besides Thomas, the rest of our starters are not anywhere near a sure thing to make it at the next level. All three would help themselves by returning. Watford is probably the most at risk of an over seas career. I would say the they all end up overseas. Skyler Mayes is head and shoulders better and he went in the second round with 4 years experience.

He won't be. Cam is a first round pick. Watford is borderline second round.

I remember when the same was said about a guy named Naz Reid.

“His ceiling is playing overseas!”

and they'll make a lot of money doing that if that's where they end up

I think Smart has a better upside than Mayes.

Smart, watford, and cam are gone.

Cam is the only first round talent.

Watford and smart will probably piddle in the g-league and make their way up for some starts in the nba.

It’s all about how much Smart enjoys college. I don’t see how his game takes another step- he isn’t magically going to become an explosive athlete. He kind of is what he is at this point.

Smart isn’t improving his stock anymore. His weaknesses were 3pt shooting and playing under control. With the way he shot from behind the arc and that killer floater he developed, there’s not much more he can show.

I think Smart showed tonight that he can make a team, regardless of whether or not he gets drafted.

Nobody aside from Cam is on the NBA’s radar. Even he is fighting to go in the first.

Lol, you think the knock on smart is his athleticism? Where do you people come from.

Remember these comments this time next year.

For the record Mayes is a better shooter, ball handler, pressure player and better x and o guy than Smart. Plus he has a higher basketball IQ. Facts

I don’t think any of the others besides Cam get drafted. Days sure as hell won’t. Watford will be borderline, but no idea why an NBA team would take someone that plays so emotional, soft, with no real outside or paint game. He also doesn’t defend when he struggles on offense. I’d take smart second round if I was an NBA team, but I don’t see him in any mocks

I think people just don’t really understand NBA. The difference between an average G Leaguer and a bench NBA player isn’t a huge gap. It’s needs, consistency, doing the small things routinely.

Where does Javonte play in the NBA? He’s not a SG, he’s not a PG. I think he will get a look at some point but he won’t get drafted.

He had his best game of his career tonight. So what’s his problem? Look at the SBU game...2/10 7 points, 1 assist. He’s way way too inconsistent. You can’t just look at players’ best games. He’s always had potential and he’s shown it then disappeared.
