It seems the scene is still active, maybe more than one shooter? There was a police camera in the parking lot, they know what happened.

You can shoot at 4+ people and not kill anyone. It's still a mass shooting.
Chicago has more than those states combined.

Channel 7 news here is reporting that the shooting started outside of King Soopers and then moved inside. Looks like only one shooter. Not sure how many were killed or injured. Lots of law enforcement agencies on sight.
