Great effort today, just too many bad plays to overcome.

Why don't you find something better to do with your time other than follow LSU sports? You probably don't deal with adversity in your life worth a frick, either.

It’s not rocket science, we’re small and Wade refuses to correct it.

How, pray tell, do you suggest he correct this mid season with the lone guy over 6’9” on the roster hurt?

Totally agree turned it off 3 times and refs didn't help either.

He’s soft on the glass. His rebounds come when he crashes from the top. When he’s underneath Jones outmuscled him all day despite being 30lbs lighter. You’re right we lost 2 bigs but we’ve got Leblanc and Wilkerson who are good rebounders and longer than Hyatt. Hyatt plays hard, not knocking him but he’s overmatched inside and that’s why we get killed on the glass by good teams.

Leblanc is 3 inches taller, more athletic and probly has a 6 inch reach on Hyatt. Wilkinson is taller, longer, stronger and more athletic than Hyatt. Or do you think center is the only position who rebounds?

I agree. We don't have a true point guard and then you add a clueless HC and this is what you get. Alabama also has a much better HC that coaches and makes changes, something WW is clueless about!

It's not a basketball IQ thing, it's all about attention to detail.

We play haphazard, not in control.

He makes one lazy pass a game but obviously a bunch of other pgs do too or he wouldnt have less turnovers and more assists then anyone.

of course he is. Establish that the team has talent so the blame can be shifted to coaching. Exactly the opposite of his football strategy.

I really think fatigue plays a part in what you’re describing. Need little breathers up against the scheduled timeouts.

Lol we have the best point guard in the conference

Thomas isn't a PG

Smart was a much better 2 than a 1 earlier at LSU. Gaines is the only true PG on the team but he's inexperienced. That will come back to haunt LSU in the 2nd round.

Bama had a lot more turnovers than we did. Also had more personal fouls. Idk how they managed to win more than a couple of games this year

You must be a miserable human being or a dedicated troll.

First it was we can’t defend a three, we have held our last 10 opponents under or at 33% from deep. Then it’s we have no heart. Too bad the last 4 games we have won or taken to the wire vs tournament quality team, sustaining late game runs and up and down contests. In a year we weren’t allowed to practice until October with tremendous roster turnover, I’m extremely hopeful of the strides we are making. A don’t know how someone calls a team that has such a low turnover percentage and high efficiency off rating low IQ. Feel free to elaborate. 3 of the best four players on our team are offensive minded, so defensive effort will lapse when you build a roster this way. We have begun to fix that with the season on the line. I’m excited for the tournament, but this is basketball so anything can happen.
