They were going to key on Watford. A play for Thomas would have been nice.

Shouldn’t have taken a 3, needed to drive to the basket. I hope we get the same performance from Watford in the tournament. That Watford gets us to the final 4

Thomas is clutch. His shooting % is down because he has been taking many tough NBA range shots with people in his face because they can’t get him open. I would have liked to see an inside out play from Watford to Thomas. They were going to collapse on Watford, the kick-out would have been there.

I don't have a problem with a 3, but the bad inbounds play and then working the clock down when you have Smart and Thomas who can shoot the 3 better was an issue.

We tried to go to Thomas the first time and they snuffed it out, thus the timeout. The plan after the timeout was to get Watford on the elbow, but the inbound pass was bad.
