Def Leppard had a long guitar solo in every show so Joe Elliot could go backstage and mount up a pre selected groupie. That would add up pretty fast.

Apparently there was something known as the “Leppard Scale”. This is what the music industry would use to compare rock band’s party levels. I would not have guessed these guys where the top guys everyone else was judge against, but then you realize the band has had deaths and dismemberments in their past, so maybe they where the hardest party goers of all.
