Exactly what I'm talking about. No middle age guy who lives in Louisiana and eats and drinks the way we do is not going to be overweight (according to BMI). That's my point. The BMI is based on a lifestyle from the 19th century. We move around completely differently, eat differently, everything about our daily life is different.

I'm not saying make it to where a person 5'9" weighing 300 pounds is healthy. I'm saying the numbers need to be shifted a bit from where they are now.

5'7" 148 is normal according to BMI
