This is spot on. The overton window of fatness has shifted so far that people will ask you if you're sick when you healthily lose 15lbs because they themselves are conditioned to see fat as normal.

I wont lie - I was 305 in October, and as of a week ago I was down to 223. i look in the mirror, and still have some weight to get rid of - especially in the mid section, but my shoulders and upper body looks sickly - i know the Gym im about to join next week will help that, but i feel like i look borderline sick and frail from the stomach up LOL.
it is just my own perception cause I have not been this low on weight since the late 90's, but it is hard to look in the mirror and question if i should look like that.
