Does the prosecution get the last word on closing arguments? They get to start AND end? Seems not fair.

The prosecution goes first. They are done with closing arguments

The prosecution goes last because it's on them to prove their case beyond reasonable doubt ... I think that's the reason... The defense has to prove nothing ... just show reasonable doubt at minimum which sometimes does not even need the defense to put on a case

Turned the TV on to watch the 12Noon news (CBS) and this is airing instead. Has this ever happened where other stations are playing this instead? EXTREMELY GRAPHIC. I can’t watch it. I can’t hear anyone dying like this whether someone’s in the wrong or not. Jeez. Also this is airing on more than just CBS or ABC
