If the system is predominantly white, if the majority of faculty white, admin is white, student body white what empowerment would white students need, white people have all the advantages and still want to play victim

Your missing the entire point as usual. What's being pointed out is blacks are allowed to do and say tons of shite that there's no way in the world whites could and I'm not conservative or Republican. People like you understand these advantages perfectly, never address the issue or question at hand, just bring up the past and misdirect the entire discussion every time
