I find it quite interesting but have been working all day and just now have had a break.
The OP poses several questions and is unclear about which should be answered first.
What would you suggest as legislation? Or how soon is now? Are we already there?
The transgender movement is normalizing the practice of denying reality. In denying reality, facts will no longer matter, and the party in power will be able to go after whatever they want.
So to the OP’s question, continue pressing the transgender agenda until it is accepted by enough to where the idea of denying science, or selectively choosing it, is no longer objectionable. Once ignoring reality as a requirement becomes standard practice, they can go after whatever they want.
