According to the label 1/3 cup of dry mix is 190 calories. The recipe on the back calls for 1 cup of the dry mix, so that would be 570 calories before adding milk, eggs, etc. When I make them I also add a scoop of maple pecan whey to the batter.

Depends on which flavor you buy. I have the buttermilk and honey I think, and it's 190 calories per half cup of dry mix. I made them with water and they weren't as fluffy but still pretty filling.
