It looks like 1/2 cup of dry mix has 190 calories so you're probably right.

That’s what it says. There’s been issues before about nutrition labels being wrong. I’m not saying this one is, but my “190 calorie” pancake is the size of my plate and about a half inch thick. I’m measuring precisely.
Maybe this is just the golden invention of protein pancake mixes.
