Oh.
So when I move to Belize and stop paying American taxes, and have my goat farm, I'm only going to accept cash payments. Problem solved.

You have to have one to work on River systems, like the Ohio and Black Warrior River in Alabama. You work at a Chemical plant on the river, you have a TWIC Card
