I gave up my TX license to practice my med support field when the state revamped oversight committees and required the licensee to go seek out a police station to fingerprint and then licensee to seek out the Fed background check. Then submit the fingerprints, the Fed check, a fee, proof of CE, and 2 or 3 other things. All of this when I was already a license holder for over a decade.

Too burdensome if they want the employment in the field, I couldn't care less at this point if med services completely ceased over the burden.
