Why are you taking my statement COMPLETELY out of context? Texas has been hit by freezes before and has its energy infrastructure rocked. If you aren’t going to be connected to the national infrastructure you have to naturally take more precautions. Especially if they are simple precautions like insulating natural gas pipes.
Texas has to worry about freezes, because well it happens there and it’s going to happen again. Baton Rogue doesn’t have to worry about volcanos.
