Would it do any good if you still need federal permits?

this would be a 10th amendment argument as well. The Fed doesn't have the constitutional authority to force a state to get permission from the Fed for things outside the Fed's authority.

The Fed works for the States, not the other way around. As soon as the States remember this and put the Fed in its place the better.

The China part of your argument is laughably ignorant. The Chinese do not want the Keystone pipeline. They want that oil to go to thee eat coast of Canada and then ship to China.

2 big holes in your wackjob theory.

1) There is no mechanism to get the oil to the east coast of Canada or this would all be a moot point.

2) Look at a map and rethink China wanting oil delivered on Canada's east coast, look real hard and think about it again.

China does not want to load oil in Canada period for a multitude of reasons.

And yet he is working on an EO to abolish our 2nd amendment rights.

Through the alphabet agencies, yep.

FBI? Maybe no one ever passes the background checks again?
ATF? Not just bump stocks but any and all stocks? Ammo becomes a terrorist tool?
DOJ is set to prosecute gun/ammo makers as co-conspirators for every gun crime from robbery to murder.

The error is I should have said west coast of Canada. They have the transmountain pipeline already in place.

I was trying to do more than one thing at a time.

Interstate Commerce and international agreements (with a Canadian business) are part of the Federal powers.
As is immigration... might want to let the sanctuary cities know..

Uhh, it is at capacity thus the reason they wanted a new pipeline in the first place.

Keep going please, you have to get something right at some point.
