Those mist values around the ttop are nice in the tidewater boats...
They are both great boats....it comes down to what u getting on boat....all sportsmans boats comes standard with gps/fishfinder....
In all seriousness, I have boated prolly 5000 specks in my lifetime. Looking at both decks, I'd have to go with the Sportsman masters as far as deck structure that id feel like is a perfect platform to fish on...

Access on sportsman is a 10/10, ride is good, build quality 9/10, resell 10/10.
Have only walked on one tidewater, layout looked very good but that is all i got.
