I have done several pipeline projects in MB. I live in Kingwood. It is about a 40 minute commute.

The thing about MB is that it is all dependent on traffic with the plants and all the workers coming and going so before 7 AM and around 5 PM is nuts. Also, there is a major RR that basically cuts MB in half and half the time a train will cut off traffic off at the worst times.

The houses around the golf course are actually nice. The golf course is called Eagle Point. There are a select few areas in Baytown but honestly, I would steer clear of Baytown. You can also look into the areas South of Baytown going toward LaPorte and Kemah. You can also check out Dayton and Huffman.
