You should. George Sharpe has fought corruption on the OTC Market for years. Also, George is one of the reasons the OTC is now gaining some respect. FORW owns 500 Millions warrants of TSNP.

Sharp is, umm, something. Guy has rescheduled his own company’s investor call 3x now and taken his Twitter private.
If you’re hanging the legitimacy of TSNP on Sharp, I’d suggest you do more DD. (Not AT directly, but others)
