Good, its a racist premise to begin with and its about indoctrinating children
A day earlier in the week (first couple days of feb a la BHM), my 4 y/o son is making comments about the colors in the sky right at sunset and says something to the effect of “the sky is changing” and I said no, it’s still the same old sky, the colors just change at certain times a day. At a bit of a loss to describe why the colors change at sunset I said that the colors in the sky are a bit of a mystery and aren’t really that color.
He responds by saying “dad black people are a mystery, because they are just like us but they changed color.” I immediately try to suppress my laughter thinking about what a tight spot that innocent comment would have put us in if we were in public, but his logic was pretty sound (based on what I had just told him) and fumbled over why he couldn’t say that again.
He has used the term “black people” at least 3x this week, which I have never heard him say. He has had black teachers and one of his main babysitters is black.
The point is that if we make a big deal that black people are so much different than whites, we will be forever stuck in this cycle. If we simply ignored it racial tensions would be gone in a generation. I’d rather not say what my conclusion is regarding why this indoctrination is occurring, but can’t help but believe it is because change is not the ultimate goal, and keeping things as is helps only a certain group of people.

Just like the bullshite that is taught that Christopher Columbus discovered America as well as a multitude of other shite that's not true.
