Laughable to even call this an attack.

The lone Bernie bro that almost killed Scalise was more of an attack than what happened on Jan 6.

The interesting thing about this is that we're witnessing the rewriting of history in real time. We literally watched this unfold, weeks ago...and we're being told it was something it clearly was not.

Call me cynical, but I don't believe for one second any rational, intelligent person on the left (and yeah, there clearly are some) believe this was a coup, an insurrection, and attempted over through, any more violent than what we all saw all summer long in cities across America, etc. This is just politically valuable to take this position, and since the press aligns with them they can say whatever they want and it'll get repeated ad nauseum and will...eventually...become the official history of what happened. At that point, people WILL believe it, because it's what they will have been taught is true. It's pretty Orwellian, frankly.

Only possibility of preventing that are folks like us who witnessed it real time holding on to hard copies of actual information and reminding ourselves of what we actually saw with our own damn eyes.
