Always a banger.
I did one Sunday and was incredible.
1 large block of velveeta queso Blanco cubed.
1.5 8oz blocks of smoked gouda cubed
3 jalapeños diced with seeds removed
Half yellow onion diced
1 can fire roasted Rotel
2 TSP of chupqcabra rub
1 pack of breakfast sausage
1 16 oz package of chorizo
Smoked the sausage and chorizo in the smoker on a sheet of tin foil at 225 first then added to pan with everything else on the smoker
Incredible.
