Coach O hired someone he knew vs getting the best available LB Coach in the nation. If true, let’s hope he can coach LBs real well vs. calling plays as a DC.

If Williams is so great then why is he still available? He’s been without a job since mid-December. Surely the “best available LB coach in the nation” would have his phone ringing off the hook by teams needing a lb coach.

What is Baker's tie to O? He played at Tulane, He coached at La Tech prior to going to Miami, and he coached at Arkansas state before La tech.

I don't see any crossover between Baker and O from that resume.

Also as others have noted that there must be something wrong with the Travis Williams situation if he's this can't miss position coach and he hasn't even been invited to the Bama rehab center as an analyst yet.
