When people on this board realize that we are not Bama, life will be a lot easier for you to handle.
We are no more Bama than prime Drew Brees is Patrick Mahomes. Like Brees we are very talented and can win a lot but like Mahomes, everything comes easier to Bama.
The goal is obviously to get on Bama’s level but we aren’t there yet. yes, they get NFL HCs while we take chances on guys that show promise. If we make the playoffs a few more times and win one every few years then we will get there. Until then we are in the Auburn, Georgia, Florida tier.

Talk all the shite you want about bama, and the rest of us being second tier, but pull saban out of there, and they are auburn and florida the very next year. Book it. There are only a hand full of bear bryant’s, belichick’s and saban’s out there dude. There is a reason for that, and unfortunately saban got the hots for the nfl while here, otherwise, we’d be hanging number 10 or 11 this year.
We’ve got to do what we can do with the hand we’re dealt. And right now we have coach O, who is light years ahead of poor Les when it comes to innovating and letting his coordinators coach, upgrading and making changes when he needs to.
