First they need to get into better shape as a unit, and improve their over strength through nutrition, conditioning, and weight training. Being fat and overweight shows no commitment for victory.

Then refine their techniques in their practices whereby it should be good against good. Meaning first team offense vs. first team defense alll spring and summer. That may improve play in the trenches where most games are won.

This to me is by far the biggest issue with the OL and DL next year. Hopefully they are motivated by that money year.
