They cant because they are only worth $10 per hr. This is why minimum wage is stupid and harmful. People are paid what they are worth.

No they usually do find something else that pays more... which in turn makes the company hire another guy with less experience for 10$ to work on million dollar projects... the customer is basically getting fricked over in this equation... because said construction companies are putting a less skilled worker on the job... instead of investing in the employee ... I’m only talking about the construction business here...
