I think the best answer anyone can say is no....there have been very few (like double digits worldwide) cases were people claim to have gotten it twice and I'm not sure those cases are backed up by any real science whatsoever.
At the very least they say you have the anitbodies to fight it off and not spread the virus for 3 months. Personally I think it is much longer than that.

Saw an article today where they think the antibodies from having it last at least 5 months

Hogwarts they don’t know. Some studies show you are immuned for 3-7 months but other studies show immuned for life
