I agree 100%. The NCAA is going to have create some kind of balancing mechanism for the combo of the portal and one-time waivers.

Is it just me or did it seem like when he would catch it he was timid? I renege like one catch where he tried really hard to keep going and he was just running through people easily. I think he's soft but I think he's extremely talented and can learn how to be tough.
I also think his replacement is good but not on the level of Gilbert. It seems like Kole just doesn't know where the first down line is and he goes down pretty easily too. I think he can get better though.
Gilbert will come to be disappointed that he left LSU, the offense will be a bright spot with the talent at QB. I'm excited for the future and I would prefer to have players that want to play, he will not enjoy his time in Gainesville and I expect that program to be in getting paid during his entire tenure there.

At this point... Who cares what he does. Kole came in, did his job, and we Won two straight games. We didnt have to force feed the ball to Kole and he is a much better and willing blocker. If a true freshman Tight end, comes in and has the 3rd most tight end targets, 5th most receptions for all tight ends, and was in the top 20 for both targets and catches in College football and he still wants to transfer... GOODBYE!!! FYI: Kole will be forever known for ShoeGate and Arik will be forever known for the play where the Bama defender took the ball from him!!!
