This. It’s very easy to find quality hunting land for real cheap. For you and a couple of buddies to hunt all you’ll need is about 500 hundred acres. Shouldn’t be more than 1.5-2 million dollars. Which you can finance of course, you’ll just need a few hundred grand for the down payment. Then you’ll need a camp, equipment for the up keep, stands, food plots, etc. But so what. At least you won’t be wasting your time and money on a lease.

I offer advise that I used 26 years ago with my brothers about securing a tract of land and managing it the way you see fit and not having to deal with “assholes with a rifle” and I get 5 down votes?

You offer the same advise, but tell them they need to spend about a million dollars and get 16 up votes.lol
