The first was direct deposited but this one is getting mailed? Why IRS? At the rate the post office is working it won't be here til June

If you paid for your tax return by letting HR Block take it out of your total refund, this is why you're seeing a different account. The last four of the account info from your return will match what the IRS website currently shows. H&R Block will forward it to your bank account that you provided for your refund.

If you did this with Turbotax, you are SOL. I've read they are sending stimulus checks back to the IRS so they can be printed and then mailed by our fine USPS.

Yeah I heard the same thing about Jackson Hewitt and others doing the same thing. H&R Block said they've forwarded everything today and everyone should have their funds by end of day

Just checked my old returns and can confirm the last 4 numbers match up.

ah...I had a mild panic attack this morning.
Why would they not just send it to the same account they sent the first one?
Government fricks everything up.
ETA: I still didn't get shite from HR Block though :(
