If you’re concerned about coaches being fired (or leaving on their own) don’t sign early.
This was a predictable problem with the early period.
Nearly every staff has turnover. Some of it isn’t known by signing day, so it’s not always about honesty.

These changes often get made after the late signing day period so that doesn’t really solve it

Most recruits are committing to the program
If an asst is successful enough he will get promotions
If not they move on
