As far as your comment, Eric Hill and Michael Brooks were better than both. Brooks was as good as Taylor but better in coverage. Hell, Ollie Lawrence and Caston were unbelievable as well.
If you love front 7’s, the 1986 team was the best I’ve seen in the last 60+ years watching LSU football. That includes the Williams and Co group from the early 2000’s. This is an absolutely ridiculous NFL roster of talent:
